Village of Lyndonville Lake Ontario Shoreline Protection Project
The Village of Lyndonville received a $50,000 grant from the NYS Department of State Division of Coastal Resources for protection of the shoreline adjacent to the Village of Lyndonville raw water pumping station.
Over the years severe erosion to the Lake Ontario shoreline in the vicinity of the Village of Lyndonville raw water pump station and treatment plant created the potential for interruption of service for the water treatment plant.
Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design and Construction Phase Services including Residential Project Inspection during construction.
This project was constructed by Keeler Construction Co., Inc. and required close coordination between the Orleans County Highway Department, NYS DEC and the funding agencies.
