Village of Phelps Fire Station

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. prepared a Feasibility Study for relocation of the existing outdated Phelps Fire Department.  The Study consisted of reviewing and evaluating the feasibility of several sites, preparation of Preliminary Cost Estimates, and compiling a list of advantages/disadvantages of each site.

Upon completion of the Feasibility Study, Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design Phase Services for Site Work relating to the new Phelps Fire Department Building.

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. assisted the Project Architect, Razak Associates with the Construction Phase Services and preparation of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
