Village of Nunda Water Treatment Plant Upgrade

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design and Construction Phase Engineering Services for the Village of Nunda Water Treatment Plant Upgrade.  The project consisted of the following:

•  Installed a new Rapid Sand Filter.
•  Replacement  of existing manually operated valves  with electrically actuated valves.
•  Building addition to accommodate new filter.
•  Electrical Controls and Instrumentation.
•  Valves, piping and other miscellaneous appurtenances.
•  Installation of a backup backwash pump.
