Town of Mt. Morris Saniary Sewer District #1

The proposed was undertaken to provide sanitary sewer service to  residents along Sonyea Road (NYS Route 36) and Begole Road.  For many years the residents had been burdened with unreliable and costly septic systems.  The project allowed the residents to abandon their individual septic systems and connect to a more dependable, environmentally sound and reliable sanitary sewer system. 

The project consisted of approximately 2,541 linear feet of 8” SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer and 13 manholes.  Approximately 175 linear feet of 4” HDPE sanitary force main and a sanitary sewer pump station will also be installed.
