Town of Eagle - Bliss Water System Improvements

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design Phase Engineering Services for the Town of Eagle - Bliss Water System Improvements, consisting of the following items:

•  Replacement of a reservoir with a new 200,000-gallon tank.
•  Replacement of 22,600 linear feet of water main.
•  Reconstruction of the spring collector.
•  Replacement of the back-up well.
•  Construction of a new chlorine/Meter Building.
•  Four Horizontal Borings and Casing.
•  Three stream crossings.
•  Crossing and parallel occupations of Railroad R.O.W.

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. coordinated all activities including:  Water District Formation; NYS DEC, NYS DOT, NYS DOH and Wyoming County Health Department Approvals; and NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation DWSRF Program.
